Stiffness was not up to our requirements for Adirondack Spruce nor had been these soundboards as acoustically Are living. Regardless of the good visual appearance, we could not in very good conscience market place this spruce as Adirondack/Crimson Spuce. A lot of the spruce from these areas is both White Spruce or simply a Red/Black/White hybrid. T
